1. Registration & Booking Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your registration for any sports event, camp, training program, workshop, or activity, you must inform us in advance through our official contact details.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed by our team, and approval will depend on the type of program, event, or service booked.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be applicable only in certain cases, such as:
- The event, camp, or program is cancelled by Aavya Sports Foundation.
- A duplicate payment has been made by mistake.
- The participant is unable to attend due to a valid reason, subject to approval by the management.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of payment.
Refund processing may take 7 to 10 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the participant does not attend the event or program.
- If cancellation is requested after the program/event has started.
- If the participant is disqualified due to misconduct or violation of rules.
- If the payment was made as a donation or contribution, unless specifically approved by the management.
- If services have already been delivered or partially used.
4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
In case any event, tournament, camp, or activity is postponed due to weather conditions, administrative reasons, government guidelines, or any unavoidable circumstances, the registration may be shifted to the new date.
In such cases, refunds may not be applicable unless decided by Aavya Sports Foundation.
5. Donations & Contributions
Any donation or voluntary contribution made to Aavya Sports Foundation is generally non-refundable. However, in case of duplicate payment or transaction error, you may contact us with valid proof, and our team will review the request.
